An exhaustive TRAZABILITY is followed along the whole process that includes since the animals gets in our facilities, for the killing up to moment when it is due to our customers.

The animal is identified with its specifict labelling, where a serie of important dates are given such as the rattlesnake or animal number, the cattle explotation number, the date of birth, weight and clasification according to the European model. Our main intention is to give our customers all the possible information about the animal and to control at any time the animal until it gets to its ultimate destination, the customer.

A through S.R.M (Specific Risk Materials) material treatment is done for this cows killing has well as for bovines according to the prevailing normative an our strict administrative control.
