HISTORY OF THE COMPANY AND ITS FOUNDERS

It was the year 1.965 when four brothers decide to open four butcheries, two of them in Murcia city and another two in a small village, Alquerías where they come from.

In 1.967 they decide to emigrate to Switzerland, where they stayed for 8 years, to work in an enterprise called Micarna, A.G. that belongs to MIGROS a multinational company because they wanted to specialize in the Meat sector.

They came back to Spain with a very risky project to build a slautherhouse, a quartering house and a typical regional sausages factory.

Lately, in 1.993 the activity of the factory was mainly the killing of pigs, sheep, cows, goats, baby lambs, horses and ostrich killing and quatering house for pigs and cows, increasing the production and working all over the country.

From 2002 the factory has built new facilities with a white ward with the only purpose of filleting the meat a doing special trays for every kind of meat, with the intention to keep on expanding our facilities to get into the international market.
